At CoELLE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy under the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility:
- You may return your candles within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund providing:
- The candles is/are unopened and unused, and in it's original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns for candles that have been lit, damaged, or show signs of use.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at candlehelp@coelles.com with your order number as a subject and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Please note that shipping costs incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
5. Delivery:
- Standard delivery 3-5 business days via An Post IE within Ireland
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
